My Leadership Potential



After finishing the test “Do you have leadership potential” I learned to recognize the type of leader that I could become in the future. According to the test I am the type of leader with a communicating vision. The communication leaders tend to keep in mind that talking to the rest of the group is as important as being the head of the crowd. Some of the strengths that I noticed in being such a leader would be helping the working area to be more accessible to all the group members, because sharing one goal would make them more excited about their work.



Even though being able to easily convince others about my ideals is a great skill, it could also be consider in my opinion a weakness. Convincing others might not always work, especially around people that have stronger personalities that are very independent of their own ideas. In such cases when convincing others about the specific goals doesn’t work, I will tend to feel down and start blaming myself when things do not go the way I plan them to be.


One aspect that I think I could learn how to improve would be the way that I interact within a group. Even though I am the type of leader with a communicating vision I think that I could learn how to take other ideas into account to improve my own ideas. Most of the time I do not work very good within a group because in my way of seeing things and I tend to convince people right away instead of, talking to them and taking their ideas.

How motivated am I to lead?



According to the test to check how much motivation I have to lead, I realized that indeed I do have a very strong one. Most of the questions asked in this test were very personal questions and what I can get out of it is that this questioner could be applied to a daily use. This test taught me that a leader could be found within each of us, by the actions that we take and the reasoning behind our decisions.


Some of the questions that I found to be the strongest ones to prove that I have a strong motivation to lead would be question number 13 when involved in group projects; I am inclined to let my ideas be known. I found this question to be very strong because it is asking about my personality and how I would react to certain problems that I have faced or will face in the future. Another question that I found to be very strong would be, when they asked stated that people take my ideas, and run with them. This question was in indeed a strong question because it applies very much with what happens within my life. However, one question that I found to be very weak would be question number 5. Team accomplishment is more important to me than my own personal accomplishments. I found question 5 to be very weak, because it could be taken either way or could be applied to many different situations.

Things that I could improve in my way of leading would be, the way in which I react to when I am working within a group. I think that many of this questions asked in this test leads me to think that working within a group could be improved, because many of my questions where negative ones, and improving this would be one aspect that could lead me to be a better leader, in many more aspects.

How to do public presentations?

Most people are afraid of speaking public; many of the reasons come from distrust of himself. Having confidence in oneself is a skill that not many people have, as you grow we obtained values, skills, etc., From which a child can feel the confidence level will be in the person where the child is afraid of getting into a game or afraid to go to school, when they have fear for making new friends etc. For this reason people should also teach parents how to foster their children the trust.


Trust that can do things that nothing is impossible only what they are limited, that their ideas are good, which has much in them to give, is that parents instill a culture of caring and support for their children, when they have problems and difficulties with any task that appointing them, motivate them to be made and that they perform well, who are proud of what they did and that they are proud of how things are done.

Tips to improve confidence:

• Being a person who is not bothered when he observes that the other does not give the reason.

• Do less to the other when it expresses opinions with which you disagree.

• Being a person who keeps your criteria and let others run on their own, without this diminishing the relationship "warm" between them.

¿What is a presentation?

A presentation is the process by which content has a theme for an audience this is a way to provide and display information is used as a support to express the results of an investigation or to expose a subject of deep study, or simply aid so that the information given is better received by the public.

A presentation can take text, images, videos and audio files. In a presentation involving both the individual factors mentioned above as serving as an aid to the exposition of the subject, when these two types of factors are jointly presentation will be a success.

Basis for making a presentation

• Identify the objectives of the presentation

• Identify the main idea

• Research on the subject to exhibit (10 to more bibliographies)

• To summarize all investigated, extracting main ideas and deepen them

• Study the information and purified

• Make slides of the information to expose practice one or two times if necessary or if you do not have good control over time.


Tips To make a good presentation

• Dress presentable, clean and for the presentation

• appropriately control a voice audible to the public (not shouting, not too low)

• Observe the public, so they know that we are interested in the subject is taught

• have a good visual aid to keep better track development

• try to explain each point of the topic deeply to prevent the greatest number of questions

Risk Analysis

Introduction:
The risks of a job site are always present in the daily labors of its workers, wich bring extra costs to the business without any need. Some of the risks that workers face daily could prevented with a risk analysis. Most of the bosses believe that an analysis of risk is a waste of time and money but you can prove to them with an study that instead of a waste it is indeed something positive to the business. For this reason we can verify that a risk analysis is a very important tool for the economy of any company.  

Context:
The industrial accident is basis of  study of Industrial security and approached from the preventive point of view, studying its causes ''why they happen'', sources ''activities involved in the accident'', its agents ''participants working media'', its type ''such as occur or devgelop the facts'', all with a view to developing prevention.

Any workplace accident a person suffers ingury due to or during labor and to produce disability or death. Commuting  accidents: are those that occurred int he direct  way between the bedroom and the workplace and vice versa.
